About Rubberwood:
We use real wood for all of our lids and we chose rubberwood not only for its good looks but because it is one of the most environmentally friendly options. Rubberwood is a light-coloured hardwood obtained from the Pará rubber tree, the tree is harvested for wood when it is no longer useful for latex production; as the trees are felled new crops are planted.
Notes
Dressing your candle jar with a lid provides the finishing touch and is an opportunity to add some style and flair to your candles. A candle lid also acts to protect a candle from dust and foreign matter, as well as being a preferred method for extinguishing the candle.
