We deliver to all residential, rural, and business addresses throughout New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We also deliver to most Metro Zones within Australia.

Orders over $175 are delivered for FREE within New Zealand (excludes bulk shipments and AU)
Australia rates are variable and based on weight. From $19.99. Enter your address in the checkout for your rate per order.
Expected Delivery Time:
North Island allow 1-2 working days.
South Island allow 3-4 working days.
Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
Australia 3 – 7 days.
Delivery Updates and Tracking:
You will receive an email update with a courier tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment so if you have not received a confirmation within this time frame please email us ASAP and quote your order number.
Authority to leave:
Deliveries will not be left unattended if no-one is home to accept delivery unless you expressly request it. If you are comfortable for your goods to be left unattended please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed.
If we do not have your authority to leave a parcel your the goods will be taken back to the courier depot and a calling card will be left. If redelivery is attempted you may be charged a second delivery fee, you will also have the option to collect your goods from the courier depot.
Candle Creations does not accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. We recommend that if you are at work during the day you should have your parcel delivered to your work address.
Combining orders:
If you forgot to add something to an order the best thing to do is make another order, right away, and mark it for “combined shipping”. Please put a note of your previous order number. If your previous order has already left you will need to pay an additional courier fee so please check the status of your previous order first.
Note that at peak times we may not be able to offer a combined order service.
Delivery terms and conditions:
A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery.
All items purchased from Candle Creations are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, we may have to charge an additional re-delivery fee.
Collecting your order:
Unless otherwise notified, you can collect your order from our warehouse weekdays 8:00am – 3:30pm or by arrangement. Please do not come in until you receive the email confirmation that your order is ready to collect, depending on demand this can take up to 8 hours from placement of your order. If there is no option to select pickup at the checkout, it means that this service is currently unavailable.
